Kōtoku Shūsui: What his ideas were and What impact they had
Overview
This is my undergraduate thesis research paper written in 2021 which discusses the life and influence of Kōtoku Shūsui, a prominent figure in radical politics in early 20th-century Japan.
This is the longest writing I have ever completed. This was a fascinating topic to research on. This was a great experience learning to research a historical topic and present my ideas thoroughly.
My love for history only became deeper after this paper. I want to do more deep research on different interesting historical topics (and write about them) during my free time in the future!
